The main difference between EB2 and EB3 visas is that the EB3 category needs both unskilled and skilled workers or professionals. But the EB2 type has job positions for the candidate with advanced science and business degrees.   3 subcategories of EB3 visas:

• Skilled workers 

The job is not temporary and seasonal, requiring a minimum 2 years of work experience or training.

• Professionals

The job requires a U.S. baccalaureate or equivalent degree, and the individual should be a member of the professionals.

• Other workers

The job is not temporary and seasonal, requiring unskilled labor with less than 2 years of work experience or training. 3 subcategories of EB2 visa:
